House Rental Tariff
- AU$200 per night during Off Peak Season – January 10 to May 31 and November 1 to December 20
- AU$220per night during Peak Season – June 1 to October 31 and December 21 to January 09
- Weekly: Please contact us for discounted Weekly rates
- FREE Airport transfers are provided (1 car) if staying a minimum of a week. Please inquire for other pricing.
Rental Booking Policy
- Bookings essential
- A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Accommodation serviced daily.
- Linen and towels provided.
- Check-in is at 4.00 pm unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
- Check-out is at 12 noon unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
- We have a single booking policy so you can be assured of complete privacy.
- Payment Methods: Cash, Cheque, Visa, MasterCard
Cancellation Policy
We understand that under certain circumstances you may need to change your plans. Please be aware that cancellation fees do apply.
- 21 days prior to reservation – 15% of deposit
- 7-20 days prior to reservation – 50% of deposit
- less than 7 days prior to reservation – full deposit is forfeited.
